This project, in collaboration with Zero Latitude, was an extraordinary opportunity to contribute to the design and production of plans for a stunning modern-style residence. Featuring a flat roof system, the project presented a unique challenge—especially in Florida, where heavy rainfall demands innovative and efficient drainage solutions.
Spanning over 10,000 square feet, with 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, multiple living rooms, playrooms, and every amenity envisioned for a luxury vacation home, the design process became much more than arranging spaces. It was about crafting an environment where every room tells a story—where functionality meets beauty, and where each space offers a sense of harmony, uniqueness, and healing.
