In collaboration with Zero Latitude, I had the privilege of working on the construction drawings for this remarkable residence of over 13,000 square feet. Spanning two stories and crowned with a rooftop terrace, the home features more than five bedrooms and expansive spaces framed by floor-to-ceiling windows.
The project’s complexity lay in its structural heart—a concrete slab system supported by a network of steel beams—requiring close coordination with structural engineers to bring the design to life. The client’s vision of panoramic views from every corner, even the bathrooms, demanded innovative solutions that seamlessly merged beauty with engineering precision.
Each space was thoughtfully configured to feel both inviting and functional, with well-planned circulation and access points. The interplay of steel trusses and concrete slabs created a structural harmony, while the flat roof design and integrated drainage systems ensured the home’s aesthetic remained sleek and cohesive.
This house is more than a structure—it is the realization of a dream, where architectural artistry and engineering mastery meet to shape a living experience defined by light, openness, and breathtaking vistas
